Ava Greenfield is a graduate of The Ohio State University and began her career as an agent trainee at the William Morris Agency, where she was the first Black woman agent trainee promoted to Motion Picture Literary agent. At the time of this recording, she was an agent at ICM. ICM was acquired and she is now a Scripted Television Literary agent at Creative Artists Agency (CAA,) representing artists such as Quinta Brunson, Regina King, Jeremy O. Harris, Matthew A. Cherry, Wanda Sykes, Roy Wood Jr., and Charlamagne Tha God.
